Leadership im 21. Jahrhundert<\/h1>\r\n

„Leadership im 21. Jahrhundert\u201c war das Thema der Paneldiskussion in der Organisation des slowenischen Businessclubs am 17. Mai 2019. Die Teilnehmer des Panels waren Zoran Lazuki\u0107 (Profil group), Uro\u0161 Bider (Petrol Srbija) und Darko Babi\u0107 (DHL). Neben den wertvollen Erfahrungen, welche die Panelteilnehmer mit den Teilnehmern des Treffens ausgetauscht haben, hat H. Lazuki\u0107 besonders betont, da\u00df Leadership auch in gro\u00dfen und kleinen Unternehmen gleich wichtig ist und seine Bedeutung auf allen Organisationsebenen best\u00e4tigt. Er hat hervorgehoben, da\u00df Leadership unter den Umst\u00e4nden der permanenten Ver\u00e4nderung besonders an Bedeutung gewinnt und da\u00df Unternehmen, welche Dienstleistungen der Suche, Auswahl und Entwicklung von Managern anbieten, besonders diese Kompetenz beachten.<\/p>\r\n
