Bojana \u0110uri\u0107 is a psychologist, coach, and psychotherapist with fifteen years of experience in consulting activities in the private sector in the region and beyond (Eastern Europe). Her fields of expertise are development potential analysis and psychodynamics of the development of professional personality and motivational structure in practice. At Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, she completed her undergraduate and master studies and in 2017, she defended her PhD in Applied Psychology at University of Ljubljana. She is a certified coach and a consulting psychologist. She is oriented towards the selection and application of the most useful traditional and innovative achievements in psychology and management in practice. She has extensive experience in all modern methods of assessment and customization, standardization and application of numerous instruments, as well as in the development and implementation of new training and coaching methods, tailored to the individual and team needs of clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Zoran has more than 30 years of international experience in sales, marketing, finance, media, automotive industry, and enterprise management. He graduated from the Master in Management studies at Faculty of Management in Ljubljana. He has been dealing with human resources since 2001 and co-owns Profil group in Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia. As the Director, he has been in charge of Profil in Serbia since 2005 and implements projects in the field of HR throughout the region. Zoran is a member of the Board of Directors of the Slovenian Business Club in Belgrade. \u00a0Zoran has also a license for member of the Supervisory boards, which is awarded by the\u00a0Slovenian Directors\u2019 Association.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
