Kristina Đorđević is a psychologist with several years of experience in candidate selection, recruitment, and assessment, as well as in scientific research in an academic environment. She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Work and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade, where she focused particularly on topics related to leadership, competency development, and organizational well-being. She gained professional experience in the fields of human resources, education, and FMCG, which enabled her to develop a strong understanding of organizational processes and the challenges of the modern business environment. She has additional experience in psychological testing, the standardization of psychological instruments, and the preparation of psychological assessment reports. As a member of the Laboratory for Research of Individual Differences, she is actively engaged in scientific research and contributes to several national and international projects across diverse fields of psychology.

Zoran has more than 30 years of international experience in sales, marketing, finance, media, automotive industry, and enterprise management. He graduated from the Master in Management studies at Faculty of Management in Ljubljana. He has been dealing with human resources since 2001 and co-owns Profil group in Serbia, Croatia, and Slovenia. As the Director, he has been in charge of Profil in Serbia since 2005 and implements projects in the field of HR throughout the region. Zoran is a member of the Board of Directors of the Slovenian Business Club in Belgrade.  Zoran has also a license for member of the Supervisory boards, which is awarded by the Slovenian Directors’ Association.
