Leadership in the 21st Century

“Leadership in the 21st Century” was the topic of the panel discussion organized by the Slovenian Business Club on May 17, 2019. Panel members were Zoran Lazukić (Profil group), Uroš Bider (Petrol Srbija) and Darko Babić (DHL). In addition to the valuable experiences exchanged by panelists with the participants of the meeting, Lazukić emphasized that leadership is equally important both in large and small companies, confirming its importance at all organizational levels.

It is also true that, in the conditions of permanent change, leadership is gaining in importance, and companies that search, select and develop managerial staff pay special attention to this competence.
